Starting point
Machine control, data acquisition and operational workflows needed to be connected across devices, the platform and existing business systems.
Industrial IoT
Yocto-based devices, OTA management, live monitoring and platform integration from a system-wide perspective.
Machine control, data acquisition and operational workflows needed to be connected across devices, the platform and existing business systems.
Device production, firmware versions, operational data and logistics processes needed to work consistently across technical and organisational boundaries.
ProDyne worked on Yocto/i.MX6-based devices, PCB design and component selection, and on a Java, Node.js and React platform for device production, OTA firmware management and live monitoring. Other components used Drupal/PHP, MySQL, AWS/S3 and Azure DevOps.
Devices, cloud services and business processes were implemented as an integrated system. This included machine maintenance, performance analysis, AI-assisted process optimisation and logistics integration with SAP S/4HANA.
